I am using Doosan (dooturn 310) cnc turning with Fanuc OT control system.while power on m/c is showing alaram 520 - overtravel:+z & 434 servo alarm: 3axis detect error. Recently we changed servo amplifier becze of the same alarm along with 310& 330 came & as per the instruction from one service engineer we changed the servo amplifier, after replacing the same msg came & we resetted the alarm 310& 330 by re entering the parameter, but 520 overtravel +z & 434 servo alarm: 3 axis detect error alarm is still active & m/c is getting NOT READY. Plse suggest a solution how to rectify.
