Due to hardware differences in the design of the netbooks, if the netbook did not originally ship with Bluetooth support, an internal Bluetooth module cannot be added. However, if your netbook does not have pre-installed Bluetooth functionality, you can add an USB-based Bluetooth dongle. Such USB dongles may not work with Packard Bell pre-installed Bluetooth software, neither will it be possible to switch them on or off using the Bluetooth hotkey available on most netbooks. NOTE Packard Bell cannot provide support on 3rd party hardware added to the system.
