Included are all the nuts, bolts, screws, and tools necessary to build the stand and then attach it to your TV or monitor. However, at nearly $30, I would like to think that this product can be sold for a little less. Assembly is tedious, but worth doing right. Took me about 10 minutes to complete.

Once the stand is built, it feels quite sturdy. Plus, there are nice little felt pads underneath the parts of the stand that come in contact with your table, ensuring that placing and moving the monitor around on the table won't scratch it. If you buy a cheaper stand, it may not fair as well as this one would. While the price does feel a little bit high, it gets the job done, and feels like it will last. If you keep the box with all of the screws, you can also use it on a future monitor/TV if you so choose.
TL;DR: Wish it was cheaper, but it is sturdy and gets the job done. Better than Expected! It's a shame that the picture doesn't do this item justice AND it comes with extra screws and different sized screws so it will fit your t.v. Without an issue. I didn't expect the metal frame to be so well made with such thick gauge heavy steel.
TOTALLY worth the price. A bargain in my view. EASY instructions and the fact that they went out of their way to put so many different sized screws in the box really shows that they care that your frame works for YOUR t.v. Perfect for space We just built a new home with a TV niche above the ovens.
We had a small kitchen TV that we were planning on putting in that space. My husband measured the niche and discovered that our bedroom TV would fit exactly, if it were 1/2' lower. We purchased this stand to replace the one that came attached to the TV, reducing the height by just over 1/2'. Now the bigger TV fit's perfectly in the niche, and looks like the niche were made specifically for that TV!
The difficult part was getting the old base off of the TV. Putting this new, and smaller base on, was easy!
